John & Kelly Nephin
John Nephin started out brewing beer at home in 1998 and since then has fallen in love with all things fermented. Over the years he has made various styles of beers, cider, fermented vegetables, kombucha, mead, soya sauce, Worchester sauce and miso. With a 2000 sq. ft. home garden and the passion for cooking it only made sense to start making spice mixes and fermenting peppers to make sauces. After sharing a few recipes with friends and family it was decided to scale up and offer a limited amount to others.
