The McGahey Farm is a hobby farm, in the family since 1952. We are located between Carleton Place and Perth conveniently off of Highway 7
We have a variety of meats available including Black Angus which has become a real hit throughout the close communities. It is 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef and raised without the use of hormones.
We also have chickens and turkeys which are fed grass and grain and are available for pre-order for Christmas and Thanksgiving; and we have have recently decided to stray off the beaten path and enter the goat market as well.
We pride ourselves in our abundant gardens which grow more fresh vegetables than we know what to do with. We have had many visitors come to take tours of the gardens and view the animals. We’d love to give you a tour too.
