Serving CPFM now for 13 years, Our Hobby Farm is a 94 acre, sustainable family farm where we grow naturally and organically, providing a full range of farm fresh products.
Perennial divisions, herb and vegetable seedlings in the spring.
Over 50 varieties of pickles, salsas, sauces, jams, relishes, chutneys, LOW & NO SUGAR options available, etc.
Fresh country style baking weekly.
Salads -To- Go in season using our own fresh herbs and produce.
